Under direction from the Engineering Manager, you will manage customer calls and service issues for industrial, commercial and municipal facilities including optimization of control programs and fine tuning building software for hundreds of building automation systems. Experience with building automation is a huge asset.

Strong personal computer skills and strong organizational skills are required.
