Who may qualify
To qualify, the commercial building must meet the following requirements. Additional conditions apply
Natural-gas hydronic boilers + BAS with outdoor-air reset
Your building uses natural-gas hydronic boilers as the primary heating source and already has a building automation system (BAS) with outdoor-air reset.
Medium-to-large gas use

Annual natural-gas consumption is ≥ 250,000 m³ in the previous year.
Complete the pilot steps & metering

Install and submit your boiler
optimization project by Nov. 30, 2025
to receive incentives of $1.00/m³ of
natural gas saved, covering up to
75 percent of upgrade costs, to a
maximum of $100,000.
